Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your Heirs to Beauty LLC (“HEIRS”) purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return the unused portion(s) and we will gladly issue a refund/exchange. For return orders please note that shipping charges + 15% restocking fee will be non refundable.
Please note all returns must be handled and repackaged with care. When packing your return, use shipping materials to protect the product from extreme damage and to avoid additional charges; i.e. bubble wrap, shipping paper, foam peanuts.
Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number at contact@heirstobeauty.com in order to obtain a return merchandise authorization and return instructions.
When you ship back to us, use the carrier of your choice and please include a copy of your invoice, RMA number printed on the outside of the return package along with the product(s). Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. HEIRS is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
